really good service every single time i go! the staff is so pleasant and hard working. i love the retro theme, which is so cute for an ice cream shop. the ice cream is amazing and i haven't had a bad experience in my many years of going there. they are able to do any combination and are happy to make it to go! great value
Forget going to un-Friendly's! Come here! We found out about this great place from Walmart greeter Nancy. We had 2 large soft serve sundaes with whipped topping, hot fudge and cherries. Brain freeze plus, but they were fabulous! Very nice servers at drive through...not like un-Friendly's.Oh so reasonable in price and a nice menu.
I love my regular drives from Chester County to places in the south - Baltimore, DC and others. And I like those drives even more when I can stop at Bell's Delites. Their malty milkshakes are perfectly thick and malty. I have occasionally timed my drives to be sure I could drive by when they are open.
Cute local place for soft serve and Italian ices (or water ices as Bell's calls them). Bell's is a drive through, but you can walk up to the window as well. 16 year old and I placed our order at the window. The teenagers working there were friendly and helpful. Besides the usual cones and cups, you can order sundaes, shakes, and flurries. 16 year old ordered a "Gelati"- layers of water ices and vanilla soft serve. I ordered a cup of chocolate hazelnut water ice. The soft serve was okay, (soft and creamy but honestly, not much vanilla flavor. The chocolate water ice had a delicious rich chocolate flavor. A local Rita's or Jeramiah's type of place I would return to if in the area.

Just happened to be passing through on a roadtrip and stopped by on a whim for the pumpkin pie milkshake. Got a large which was $8 but genuinely humongous (split between me and my mom and we didn't finish it all the way). It was honestly one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. The woman who served us was very nice and prepared the shake perfectly. They even have fresh, REAL whipped cream which is thick and creamy and delicious. Definitely worth a stop at least for their current seasonal delights, I think there was real pumpkin pie filling in our shake! I'm surprised by the negative reviews I would love to have something this unique and quality local to myself.
